Managing Partner – Solution Delivery
Don leads the solution delivery practice, focusing on solution delivery and outsourcing. His specialties include enterprise system and integration solutions, delivery, and program management.
Before joining Aterria, Don was an executive at Accenture serving enterprise customers. He held various key roles developing innovative solutions for a number of large-scale enterprise IT projects in Banking, Telecommunications, and Software industry. Don has a track record of on-time, on-budget delivery, while meeting customers’ business objectives. Don also has extensive international work experience, spending a number of years working with oversea clients and managing delivery team abroad.
Managing Partner – Business Strategy
William leads the business strategy consulting practice. His specialties include business strategies, marketing strategy & execution planning, and due diligence support for M&A. A common theme throughout his projects is creating value through growth, while optimizing application of existing assets.
Before joining Aterria, William worked with the boards and executive management teams of organizations ranging from the Fortune 500 to start-ups, both in the US and abroad. His two and a half decades of experience include developing strategic solutions for consumer, enterprise, as well as industrial products and services. William earned a BA in Economics from Claremont McKenna College and a Masters at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Managing Partner – Technology
Mark leads the technical consulting practice, focusing on high level vision, strategy, execution, and support.
Before joining Aterria, Mark held various strategic roles in many industries including but not limited to: Software, Financial Services, Life Sciences and Federal. He was able to pioneer many technologies still present in these industries today primarily around distributed computing and CRM.
